THE RESERVE COTTAGES
Six detached homes designed for a cottage community north of Seattle. The project's transitional aesthetic took influence from local 19th century farm dwellings built by Scandinavian homesteaders, combined with warm finishes and textures from Nordic and Southeast Asian modernism. Innovative low impact development site design techniques, sustainable finishes, and 'found object' architecture were recognized by Seattle Magazine and AIA Seattle.
